The Peruvian Union University (UPeU) at its headquarters in Lima and branches in Juliaca and Tarapoto, offers a wide variety of educational services for the proper development and learning of its students.
For this reason, on Tuesday, August 31, as part of the start of classes for the 2021 – 2 academic term, a day of induction programs was held for new students and professors.
In the morning, the administrative and academic staff met virtually through the Zoom Platform to share their welcome greetings to the new students and express their gratitude to the parents for trusting in an education based on principles and values.
This activity was carried out as part of the integration process to the university stage in order to provide the necessary information that every new student should know such as the tutoring program, university life, international academic mobility, UPeU benefits, resources and databases for the development of research work, English language learning programs and university welfare.
In the afternoon, the Human Resources Department welcomed the new professors of the academic units at the headquarters and branch offices.
During the program, they addressed important topics such as: Occupational Safety Management, Occupational Health Management, Environmental Management, Platforms and tools to be used, Occupational Health, among others.
In addition, emphasis was placed on the five strategic focus and the institutional mission and vision.
In this way, students and professors had the opportunity to learn about the general services and benefits of being part of this house of studies. Welcome!
