The Peruvian Union University is concerned about strengthening the professional skills of its professors and providing a better service to its students by satisfying their educational needs in learning foreign languages.
In this context, it has been successfully developing the Online English Program aimed at the teaching staff of all the academic units of its three campuses in Lima, Juliaca and Tarapoto.
The program began in May of this year with the aim of promoting and strengthening the mastery of this language. There were 220 professors from the various professional schools who started this learning journey.
Classes are held on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays and one day of self-study.
The English Program is developed online with training provided by the Language Center of this university with audiovisual classes and the use of an online learning platform.
At the end of the Basic, Intermediate and Advanced levels, those who have successfully completed the program will receive their certificates of completion.
It is important to mention that we have agreements with Andrews University, for the Language Improvement Program; Cambridge University Press, for pedagogical support and with TOEFL ITP, as an authorized center to take international exams.
