This project, entitled «The Coding Hour», is a global initiative that promotes the study of Computer Science, and its purpose is to introduce teenagers to programming through games and educational and interactive activities, that are included through the platform https://code.org/

Likewise, «The Coding Hour” is being developed in 2 phases. The first one covered the months of May and June as part of the first academic semester of 2021, and the second phase will take place in the months of October and November corresponding to the second academic semester of the same year.

It is worth mentioning that these sessions are being taught by students of the 9th cycle and teachers of the Professional School of Systems Engineering. The plan is part of the «Linking with the Community» axis, an initiative of our university that seeks to contribute to our society and its development.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
