Over time, various answers have been given. In 1960, the plastic surgeon Maxwell Maltz sustained that it takes 21 days to create a habit. The London College tells us it takes 66 days. And the popular lore, which is never lacking, says that it takes 30 days to get into a new habit. In our case, in the «unionist» community, we have allowed ourselves to dedicate 40 days to create a habit that transforms life.

The plan has been called «40 days of preparation for the spiritual battle» and took place from the month of June of this year. That past Friday (July 9), in the corporate worship in which the three campuses (Lima, Juliaca, and Tarapoto) came together, this blessed spiritual journey was concluded.

The guide used to impart this systematic teaching has been the book «The Armor of God», whose author is the renowned international evangelist Alejandro Bullón. The purpose of this plan has been to develop and consolidate the habit of prayer in the life of each member of this community.

Day by day practical advice was given on how to live daily in the presence of Jesus. Obviously, the corollary of this significant plan has been the one rightly pointed out by Pastor Abimael Obando: «seek and bring a soul for Christ.»  That was the great challenge with which this united service was finished.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
